When attempting to add fields under Personalization, many are not available—even under customizing profiles (roles).
For example: within Fixed Assets > Main Asset Components, the Serial Number field should be available for inclusion but currently is not.
Additionally, the ability to add attachments to the Suggest a New Idea feature should be standard functionality. Please consider this enhancement.
