We should like to have a RAG (Red Amber Green) status on records and we have an optionset created with the relevant colours but we want the field on the form to diplay these colours (either the text or the background) so that it draws the attention of the user when they open the record. As a secondary requirement we would also like the same behaviour in the list view of the record. Thanks.
