Check AND Merge function for the Outlook Add-In for Dynamics CRM 365

Hi, we are missing the function to merge new profiles directly via the Outlook Add-in for Dynamics CRM 365. Currently there is a hint for the user when he is adding a new Profile which will be a duplicate but currently no way to merge at this step. Solution as of Microsoft Support is to create the duplicate and to merge later via the CRM. This is frustrating. Thank you and best regards, Mike
