This ticket is feedback to MS to allow to create new template while designing a sequence instead of having to move out of sequence creation, create template, com back to sequence, and then add it.

While designing a Sequence, having the ability to click "+ New Template" would help Sequence managers build sequences faster without having to leave to create a template and then come back to add it
