Hi,
we have been looking at rolling out the schedule board across various services in our business so I've been creating multiple schedule boards showing different resources. When the user goes to book an appointment from within a case it opens up the schedule board but it's not the one I need to open. It would be ideal if the "sharing" meant that for example, only the Business Support Service could see the one shared with them and the SatNav service could only see the one shared with them.
This would really enhance the experience for the users within dynamics. Until this is possible we will not be able to rollout this function which will lead to finding workarounds.
