1. Navigate to sales >> Contacts.
2. In Active contact view, select a contact record and open it.
3. We do not see the option to do Mail Merge.
Findings :

In CRM 2013, Mail Merge is possible only via Marketing Lists.
We had this feature in Polaris

Thank you for your feedback. We are not considering this suggestion due to the following reasons:
- The contact timeline has got lots of updates since the idea was posted, making the current idea irrelevant to the current experince
- The idea did not reiceve enough votes from the community since posted
