Allow the overwriting of the click to call handler in the customer service hub.

In the Classics UI you are able to overwrite the default handlers for click to call by using the following statements in a web resource

parent.Mscrm.ReadFormUtilities.handlePhoneNumberClick

Mscrm.ReadFormUtilities.openPhoneClient


This was used to call a custom webservice instead of the default skype for buissness
