Description of problem:
As standard, we can only configure per diem based on location wise in a different currency OR per diem rate in the employee master in an amount in monetary standard (national currency).
Challenge is how to configure per diem based on position and location wise. In any given business scenario we can different per diem rate based on position for the same location.

As standard, if you configure per diem based on location and Per diem rate in employee master, System will override the per diem location wise and always defaults per diem rates from employee master and currency will be accounting currency.

Error message:
No able to configure per diem position and location wise

Repro steps:
Not able to configure per diem position and location wise
