When user logs into DFP portal, show them critical notifications for things user must take action on in a certain timeframe to avoid impact on their DFP service. For example, device fingerprinting certificate expiration, subscription renewal, case limit etc. Should also have user level subscription setting to ensure right people are seeing the relevant notifications
