When an employee is terminated, the system should disable the related user access if that worker is associated with a user record. Perhaps there are situations where those individuals would need to retain access though their employment has been terminated, so maybe a prompt would be ideal.
This should also be parameterized so the automatic disabling of user access does not occur in lower environments as users are testing.
