"Bad user experience as "Show Receipt" button hides in MPOS.

In MPOS,

  • place an item in cart.
  • Navigate to Journal
  • Button to show receipt not shown.
  • To show the button, users need to go back and void the transaction.


In certain scenarios, users need to review information from the receipt and now they need to void the current cart transaction to be able to do so.

This is currently not in our backlog due to other higher priority work. We will continue to monitor votes to determine if this should be prioritized into our product backlog.  Thank you for your feedback.
