Customer is using the explosions functionality in Sales order for creating Production order and selected no in the include on-hand inventory on the master planning setup.

With the current behavior, the system includes the on-hand inventory after running Master Planning .

The expectation is that the system should not include the on-hand inventory after running Master Planning when the field include on-hand inventory is turned off on the master planning setup
