Hi Team,
When we ran the roll up standard cost for an item with 0 qty., there is no revaluation journal generated, and no value entries exist, the standard cost will just be recorded in Item Card.
Besides, when we next time define a new standard cost for this item, there is no place to record this change, and we are not able to know what the standard cost of this item was.
We would like to have a report that can tell us that the standard cost was changed from this amount to that amount and when it was updated since there is no quantity when it was rolled up. The reason is that anyone can update the standard cost for zero quantities by mistake or they may accidentally include that item in the list to be updated.
