We constantly need to save files/attachments from emails to BC records (e.g. receiving product datasheets, certificates or company business registry copies, contracts etc). Its time consuming and messy to save the files and then open BC and then attach files to BC records. It would make process allot more efficient if can save attachment direclty to BC record - e.g save to BC function and then selecting if willing to save to Item, Account (Customer, Vendor), Opportunity, Quote, Order etc.
