We are moving our whole business to Office/Dynamics 365 and its a real shame none of this is properly connected.
Emails/Calendars - Works ok can sync Business Central "person" contacts to Outlook within a folder
Phones/Chats - Using teams and Yealink team phone which is great, but lacking click to call
Accounts/Stock - Using Business Central as a complete solution.
However Teams does not link into Business Central. At the moment you can only sync contacts 1 way from your personal Outlook contacts to teams.
Surely it would make sense to grab the company contacts within teams as at the moment there is no synchronization for this without some long winded flow tasks to hack it. Surely your business contacts in Business Central should display in teams.
Also in Business Central you can only sync "person" contacts not the "company" contacts. i.e. the people who individually work in a business sync, but the actual company contact does not?
