This needs to be prioritized. RSSU is of no use if you require WAN access to use the POS when RSSU is restarted.
The wider issue he will be if the Scale unit is restarted without a WAN connection. If the MPOS has an Offline database then it will continue to trade for that day. if the WAN connection is not able to be re-established by the end of the day the Cashier on each POS device will not be able to close the shift?
