Within our newsletters we use index URL's so that a reader quickly can click on the topic off interest for him/her.

So within the newsletter we show all the topics and with html we add URL's/links to quickly go to that part of the newsletter.

We would like to have this functionality out-of-the box so that any user can do this, without html knowlegde. Now we have to go to the html tab and create those links manual with html code.
