It would be a good enhancement to allow importing of actual working hours records. This would allow external Systems to provide data and allow reporting within PSA existing functionality.

We have plans to improve calendar infrastructure in the platform. This will unblock us from providing support for many features relating to calendar and that includes allowing bulk import of work hours. Thank you for the suggestion. We will keep you updated.
