When you assign a class ID to employee there are times we do not want all items rolled down from the class. It would be nice to have the ability to choose what you want to roll down to the employee. Similar to what we do when you re-activate an employee. Give the user the option more than the auto roll down and data getting lost, such as department and position.

It would also be beneficial to have the Location listed on the Employee Class so that can be mass updated as well.

Yes please! When changing an employee status from Hourly to Salary, we change Class ID. Would like to auto activate new paycodes assigned to the new class but not auto-activate all the old paycodes. Don't inactivate Deduction/Benefit codes or tax codes. Don't clear out other fields like SUTA/Workers Comp/Dept/Position that are blank at the Class Setup level.
