In Human Resources > Personnel management > Employees, the Title field in Worker summary does not update the Title in the SelectedPersonCard. The SelectedPersonCard is gotten from the Position Title. However, the Title in the Worker summary does not update even when it is changed in the Position or the Position has changed. The Title on the Worker summary should be synced with Positions, to have the same information to save having to make changes to the worker summary when/if an employee transfers positions

Agree that this is a definite requirement. Current design needs to be corrected.

I would like to meet the person who "By Design" left the position title on the worker summary as the old title when someone's position changed. I am sure Satya Nadella would love to have "Engineer" still on his worker summary page.
