We have hundreds of thousands of assets across 80 companies, and we have to create the budget depreciation proposal for all the legal entities for 5 years. This is taking ages.
There should be a budget depreciation proposal similar to the "Create depreciation proposal" available to run in the background as a batch, ideally with the ability to select multiple legal entities at the time. The only parameters should be the budget model, from date/to date and "Summarise depreciation" checkbox.
In our case this would save many hours of work and it would mean that you will run it only 5 times instead of 400 times, waiting for it to be finished before clicking "Post".

Come on guys, this is not an "Idea" or a new request, Dario is pointing out inconsistencies in your product !!! You should not even have to "make it on your road map" it has clearly be forgotten ! This functionality should be able to be run by batch !!! And As Dario Suggest (which this time is an improvement), if your goal is to extend D365 F&O to the market of big companies with multiple legal entities, you should put more functionalities "cross company" like that on your roadmap !!!

Currently this is not in our roadmap; however, we are tracking it and if we get more feedback and votes, we may consider it in the future.
