Currently, the Requests form in Power Platform Catalog Manager does not include a column indicating the environment from which the request originated. This can lead to inefficiencies, as approvers may need to reach out to submitters to confirm the environment for catalog item additions. The customer has requested that an additional column be added to the default Requests form to display this information.
