Make it possible to upload a file that contains the ampersand symbol to a field of type "file"

As it is possible to create files containing '&' it should be possible to upload them to Dynamics. Currently it is not and a generic "The upload failed" error is displayed.

From Microsoft support "The ampersand symbol is restricted on the field file type naming convention and currently working as expected. I would recommend to remove the ampersand from this file or possibly use the 'and' in letters"
