Problem description / Purpose:

When searching in POS and entering a number that does not exist, for example incorrect style number or phone number, it is not possible to interrupt the search. The search will continue for a very long time and that creates inefficiency for the seller. When serving the customer there is not time to wait for the search to end and as a result they often have to move the customer to another cash register to finish the purchase.


Expected Result:

We would like Microsoft to implement a way to interrupt a search if the seller realises they have entered the wrong data to avoid long waiting time for seller and customer.
