-Test send is not working for “Transactional Emails” type. However, error throws a OOB plugin failed.

This feature is working; nevertheless, you must meet the following conditions.
1. The email is designated as "Transactional" on the compliance tab.
2. The email does not include the company's address.
3. There is no unsubscribe link in the email.
