The generated workbook does not include the metadata on the application family that it was generated in, only the environment name.
The logic is to prefer finding the environment in the Business Central family first before ISV application families, and only then if it can't find a matching environment will it take the first one.
This behavior needs to be improved.
Currently this behavior is by design and is a limitation of the edit in Excel functionality.
