Currently, we can configure the workflow approval to a certain user (say HR Manager), which is configured common for all legal entities.
Ex: if we have 9 legal entities, for all 9 legal entities we can only configure common user (HR Manager).
There should be a provision that should allow configuring all the workflows approval based on the Legal Entity level. This would allow adding the respective legal entity's users (HR Manager/ HR Assistant) for approval.
Ex: user1 belongs to legal entity 1 (ABC), user2 is under legal entity 2 (XYZ), similarly user3 belongs to legal entity 3 (GHI). While defining the workflows, under the approval tab where users are selected, a provision should be there to select the legal entity so that approval requests coming from ABC legal entity are approved by USER1, requests from XYZ can be approved USER2 and so on.

To reiterate, currently the workflow is routed to only one HRM. Eg: if there are 9 entities in different countries, the workflow goes to one assigned HR, imagine the amount of tasks this HRM has to complete. The idea is to have a HR workflow that goes to respective entity HR Manager.
