As a D365 partner, one of the key requests we get for PSA implementations is that during an in-flight project, the need for change requests to add additional lines to the project are required. Such as an IT project requires new kit to be procured/installed that was discovered during the project.
The ability to add-in additional contracts that in turn add additional work items into an in-flight project would make PSA a more viable option for managing real-world projects.
