When no Page ID is specified for a table in a configuration package it would be very helpful to still be able to view the data. This is especially useful when importing into a company where data is already present. So that one can compare the imported package data to the data already present in the table.

The data might be presented by simply opening the table, or by showing it in the same way as the package records. Whichever makes the most sense in the back-end.
