We will sometimes send up to 3,000+ labels to a label printer. If we need to stop that job we have to wait for all 3,000+ labels to queue from the Document Routing Agent into the print spooler of the label printer. We have to select all and delete each label as they are sent 1 by 1. Can you not batch these 3,000+ labels into 1 file to send to the printer? If there is an issue or a mistake we can go in and delete that one job and remove all 3,000+ labels at once verse waiting for them to fill the queue. This is extremely time consuming and frustrating when you need to turn around and print a correct job to the same printer.
