We have route group, times (queue time, setup time etc.) and overlap on resources, but not on resource groups. When adding a resource requirements to an operation, if it is a resource or a recourse group, one have an opportunity to transfer default values of these fields to the operations. Obviously, when adding a resource group (that is more usual than adding a resource), the values of the fields mentioned here are not possible to transfer since they are not present on resource groups.
