Ensure that the fields that are included for integration between CE and BC are at a acceptable character length between the systems.

For example, the CE account name allows for more then 50 characters. In BC, the character limit is 50. The integration for a record over 50 characters will fail.

In a support case with Microsoft, i was able to setup a Integration Rule to 'Trim' truncate field records, but this really should not be on the MS partner. If Dataverse is not as customizable as we need it to be, then rules like this should be built in.
As we know, BC has many fields where character length can become a problem. I am fully aware that increasing character length in BC is a big 'no=no'. (one of my first lessons 15 years ago). Atleast trigger a error and allow change during the integration. For my clients requirement, the flow is fromintegration : CE to BC. the client will not allow a shortened account name in CE. We are handling this by manually adding the truncated characters to the Name 2 field on the Customer card. If the integration would truncate / split into the BC name 2 field, ... that would be pretty!

Also, i believe this is happening with Sales Line description. 100 char limit in BC!
Please check all field char limit between the systems.
