Address entity Form not upgraded to CRM 2013 User Interface

-Login to CRM organization.
-Navigate to Settings-->Customizations-->Customize the system-->Expand the Entity-->Expand Account-->Forms-->Navigation-->Add the ADDRESSES entity-->Save-->Publish all customization.
-Create a Account record.
-Save it.
