The requirement is for registered (and approved) leave and absence entries to automatically be integrated with Dynamics 365 for Field Service, so that engineers are recorded as not being available during the absence periods.

The leave entities exist in the CDS today and can be added to the integration template for Finance and Operations. It would be great to understand if there is data missing or if there are issues with the mapping between CDS and Finance and Operations.
