Currently the use of this control is not enabled for B2B and therefore the measures created in Customer Insights are not allowed to be viewed in a D365 Sales custom Form.

Enabling this is essential, since the information on the Form for the client is incomplete.

We need more votes from multiple companies to pick up this idea. However we are also planning to merge B2B capabilities into the standard B2C environment so that customer have only one CI instance to manage. We will consider this idea as part of that effort if we have more votes.

Thank you for this feedback.
It's correct that the card-add in is limited to measures of type customer attributes. This attribute type is only available in instances for individual customers (B-to-C) by design.

We will find a way to expose measures so they are usable within Dynamics 365 apps in the future.
