Does it possible to combine or extend the feature to instant implication/adjustment in Item Ledger Entry while doing warehouse movement/adjustment post.

It will help to maintain the sync of Item ledger entries & warehouse entries. Generally staff forget to calculate & post the adjustment in Item Ledger Entries.
