When you have multiple records from the same entity linked in a parent/child relationship, e.g. parent and child accounts, and you view them in the hierarchy view, all records in that hierarchy are shown regardless of status.
It would be much better it either the inactive records were not shown, or perhaps even better would be the ability to optionally show and hide inactive records whilst in the hierarchy view, and perhaps even show them as a different colour tile if they are shown.
