Missing "Regarding" Field – Notes lack the standard Regarding association, making them orphaned from the record’s timeline and relationships.

Inconsistent User Experience – Tasks/Posts clearly show which record they belong to, but Notes appear disconnected, forcing manual tracking.

Example Scenario:

When I create a note in Opportunity, the note is getting displayed in the related Account timeline but it is getting displayed directly without any reference saying that this note comes from opportunity record. But where as the tasks are getting referenced to the related record.
