As of 30 December 2025, companies covered by the EUDR (European Union Deforastation Regulation on extended producer responsibility for Non Deforestation Rules as introduced with the EU Regulation (UE) 2023/1115 approved on 31-5-2023) must demonstrate that they comply with the requirements if they intend to import and export certain raw materials and products to/from the European Union market.
You need to demonstrate EUDR compliance through the due diligence statement, analyzing the supply chain and the scope of responsibility of your company, and ensuring the traceability of the products purchased through a unique import code of the goods.
Will Microsoft introduce new functionality in the BC Sustainability module with respect to the those new rules
Or in other words, will it be possible to handle EUDR in BC tracking the unique code for Eudr purchased goods?

We also need it.

My company are in need of this functionality as well.I really hope an EUDR-module will be implemented is Business Central as default. I would like to avoid having to build our own solution for it. It would be very inefficient if every company would have to do the same. Buying a subscription through AppSource does not feel like a good solution either.

This is really relevant, for us as well.

This is something that must be on BC as a standard feature. All our customers that have this need don't understand how this is not on BC.

EUDR due dilligence intergation into Navison is essential, please escalate and add to Microsoft Road Map

Same with us - it's hard to understand that such a big market as EU is for Business Central that this has been marked as out of scope. It's quite a lot of industries that will be affected by this...

EUDR is knocking on the door, our clients demand us to have a solution. this MUST be done in BC
Category: Sustainability
Same here. Our customers expect a solution. This is a regulatory European standard, like CSRD. Why is one issue being resolved and not the other?

It’s rather ridiculous that Microsoft does not consider EU legislation as part of their roadmap. All companies using Business Central are wasting money on consultants to prepare for January 1st, 2026.Compliance is mandatory; otherwise, we risk a fine of 4% of our turnover.

We also got multiple customers on BC Cloud that need to comply with the EUDR. So a MS solution for handling this in BC would be highly appreciated.
