I'd like to raise a potential design concern related to handling suspended accounts within the ERP system.

Current Behavior:

The system allows users to create transactions using suspended accounts in the item groups form. However, during processing or posting, an error occurs due to the suspended status. This leads to delays and impacts customer productivity.

ERP Design Perspective:

From a generic ERP standpoint, this behavior seems counter-intuitive. An ideal system would likely prevent users from entering suspended accounts in the first place, thereby avoiding processing delays and potential customer frustration.

Recommendation:

I suggest that Microsoft should revisit and investigate whether it's feasible to modify the system to disallow the use of suspended accounts during transaction creation. This could significantly improve efficiency and user experience.
