One of my customer ancounter a problem that data are not saved in case of session inactivity timeout

Basically the data users entered would be saved, but in some circumstance，

they are not saved and the session is timed out,when users have to enter agian. 

The requirment is that D365 shows an alert and keep the session while waiting for user to confirm.
