Currently the new RTM Prefill Forms feature only seems to populate the form fields mapped to the same record type - this needs to map across record types.

What we need to be able to do is to send a link to a form in an email to a list of Contacts.

When that form link is opened by the contact, the form fields should be prefilled (First Name, Last Name, Company Name, Email, Business Phone, Address 1 fields for example). Then when the form is submitted a new Lead is created and populated with the same details on the form and linked to the Contact as it's Parent.

From that we can then use the Sales Accelerator tools to assign this lead to the Account owner.
