Issue:

• Customer create a HTML code for email template, which is include a logo with hyperlink at the top of the email
• This was causing the email sending from Customer Journey to Outlook, preview header was showing the hyperlink instead of email context
• We have consult this issue with Product Team and Outlook team and come up with a conclusion that this is a by design behavior. To mitigate the issue, customer should delete the hyperlink or any logo/picture with hyperlink should not stay in the top of the email

Conclusion:

• We all agree that it would make more sense if Outlook can understand the hyperlink is not email context. Since it is taking word from email context as preview header, it should ignore the hyperlink and showing actual email context
