The posting description field is available on the list of ongoing sales orders. We use this field for our own brief description of the sales orders, we do not use the default SO number that gets auto-populated in it. Its helpful when looking at the list of orders and recognizing which order we need to open. But when we view the list of posted sales invoices we cant see that brief description anymore and have to open each invoice to see more details to find what we need. This field is available in the sandbox environment and works great, just need it in the production environment. Also need it in the list of ongoing sales quotes.
