I wonder if this is related to "Work user access policies" in D365FSC?I am testing out a 15 minute timeout in the WMS app, which we use V3, and am able to create a policy and tie it to a work user, but it doesn't time out their session. Just wanted to post to see if anyone else came across this for a little collaboration.
This is our limitation for using the Event Management features. Events are our main conversion tool for leads to be converted to contacts/customers. We don't want to create contact records until the leads are actual customers (for many reasons - storage being a main concern of our organisation). The event management capability you have built is awesome, but please extend all of the features to leads as well as contacts for ALL customers to be able to utilise them.
