Business Documents can be embedded in the e-invoice file for Project invoices, Sales invoices, and Collection letters. We figured this out: when there is a freeze pane on the list (perhaps only in the first couple columns) this doesn't work. If you move the freeze pane to the last column (effectively removing the freeze pane), you can SHIFT+SCROLL to scroll horizontally.

We're in version 27.3 right now and it's working with SHIFT+Scroll Wheel on Sales and Purchase Invoice Lines subforms, but we can't identify any other lists where this is functional.

I agree—this doesn’t seem to make sense. Contact center agents statuses shouldn’t automatically change to Busy each time an email is assigned. Agents should continue to receive calls while tickets are being assigned. The current behavior is slowing them down, as they have to manually set themselves back to Available after each email assignment or else they don't get calls.
