@Mike: When distributing a solution to 40-50 workstations, or more, where it is imperative for the use that certain actions are directly and quickly accesible, it is a nuisance to have to instruct +50 - or more - users how to get the action "pinned" to the page.

It is essential to add POS instore functionality for Unified Commerce. Functionality such as such Product Exchange or Gift cards on Recall Order is currently not support. There is a limitation for returning Customer Orders and Quotes. It would be great to add this to have proper Unified Commerce.

Indeed, if there is an issue affecting environment's DB, please publish a notification in the LCS environment home page. This way any LCS user of the environment will be aware of the ongoing issue and not only the people receiving the notification.

We are also noticing this issue when we try to send separate email notifications for shipping orders versus pick up orders that were placed online. The modes of delivery assigned to the email templates are not being honored. It still sends the customers all the emails. For example, a customer receives a shipping confirmation when their pick up order has been invoiced.

Agreed, Also for the Service Orders. I'd like to meet the person that thought that creating a billable document without totals was a good idea.
