Yes, this has long been a big gap. Need Collect-From fields on the Sales Return Order, that can be populated from a customer ship-to address. When copying documents need to copy from the Ship-to fields on the sales order.

You can do this yourself with a personalisation and then deploy the personalisation to everyone.

Agreed It would be really nice to be able to control who the work was assigned to. It is hard to control from the schedule function when creating the workorder on the app, who the workorder goes to. The worker creating the workorder might need it to be able to fix the problem right away and not go trough a planner first.

Adding the equivalent of the User Set up page to Security Groups would be a great enhancement.

Having this would be a very useful feature, that would save a lot of time, and expand the concept of a default Profile(Role), which can only be set against a single Profile. Setting it at Security Group level effectively allows many defaults

I appreciate this needs more votes to feature as a consideration but I have a couple of customers who have asked for this feature too.The change from conventional User groups to security groups has peaked interest in the ability to manage roles at a group level it seems.

by this option users are creating the queues and tracking mail to it
