This is a critical need for our business. Customers, normally the larger/national retailers, regularly call and place orders using their own part number. We've built a customization that will allow our call center agents to 'tab off' our search field and we can give them the option to see an items external item description, but that is not an elegant solution and is sometimes missed/forgotten and we frustrate our customers.Thank you,Tom
