I think in general a few things could be introduced to improve Labor standards.
1) consideration of distance. Many other WMS Tier 1 systems include Xyz coordinates on the locations so that distance can be calculated, rather than just using time or work units.
2) Different standards based on the equipment type used. If I am moving product with double pallet forklift versus a wheeled cart with totes, that may require different standards and it does not make sense to manage a bunch of different work templates to do that segregation in all cases.
3) How does non-work time get included in the standard and calculation. For example, Manufacturing execution and Time and attendance use a clock-in and clock-out approach where any time not logged into a job or task is logged as Indirect time which can then affect pay, utilization, etc. Rather than building a manual solution where a warehouse worker uses Time and attendance for daily and shift clock in and out and then the mobile device for processing work, some sort of time management around their entire shift and daily work would make sense. For example, I have to "clock in" to the mobile device so that any time not logged into Work Ids can be calculated separately. I understand the issues with that and being auto logged off scanners based on time outs, etc. but I think a more streamlined approach for this would help the larger distribution warehouses where worker time is granularly tracked.

Same here, customer is asking for Callibri 11 by default in the email composer. Any option to configure these in personalization would definitely help, this will allow user to configure their default settings.

Microsoft should AS MINUMUM advise which tools we should use for regression testing. At the least a shortlist of viable products.

session timeout period
